“With low-temperature materials and NACE-compliant specs, these valves are tailor-made for our harsh northern climates and process conditions. We think our customers will appreciate that.”

The Ultimate Triple Offset Valve
Bray’s Tri Lok triple offset butterfly valve is designed for various applications, from vacuum to high-pressure, where zero leakage is critical.
Its non-rubbing, metal-to-metal seat requires minimal torque, is certified fire-safe, and ensures uniform sealing for shutoff in both flow directions.
Why Bray Tri Lok?
The design features a unique splined disc/stem connection for independent axial disc movement, preventing misalignment from temperature and pressure fluctuations. This maintains seal integrity and minimizes hysteresis.
Tri Lok also saves space and weight to reduce installation and maintenance costs.
Triple Offset Technology
A double-offset stem (on the X and Y axes) of the center line creates a cam-like motion. The third offset is a conical profile on the sealing surfaces, producing a smooth seat and seal ring engagement. Once seated, torque is applied to create a bidirectional, zero-leakage, metal-to-metal seal.
Triple offset valves are ‘torque-seated’ rather than ‘position-seated’ like their resilient or high-performance counterparts.
The ultimate zero-leakage valve for critical service.
